Depart by flight from Zanzibar around 14:00 or 16:00 from Dar es Salaam to Mafia in the evening flight. On arrival, you will be met by your lodge driver who will transfer to the lodge. Relax at your accommodation or choose from one of the many extra optional activities available on this unique island.

After breakfast, enjoy your whale shark excursion. Whale sharks are present on Mafia Island year-round but peak seasons to spot and go out swimming with them are November through to February. Check the tides and activities on offer from your lodge on a daily basis.

After a final leisurely breakfast, You will have 5hrs for snorkeling at Chole Island and spending your last Day on Mafia Island, your driver will transfer you back (across the island) to the airstrip.

Catch your flight back to Dar es Salaam at 17:35 - 18:10 if you are from Zanzibar we will take the flight at 17:00 return back to Zanzibar Services end.
